MAD JOE WALLACE IS IMMOBILIZED AFTER CRASH

By Juan Montoya Have you heard what happened to Brownsville Independent School District KBSD television production technician Joe Wallace Garcia on Saturday? Or should we say what Joe happened to do on Saturday? The local authorities don't like it when people run over their police officers and we heard that poor Joe had to alight from the craft and give up driving after the incident. Now, we know Joe and he is known as a sober working man. All we can deduce is that the excited crowds and the wet pavement probably contributed to the mishap. We don't know if the policeman was injured, but apparently being run over with a golf cart wasn't what he wanted to happen to him in the parade. Anyway, we hope he has recovered from his injuries(?) and his pride and Joe is over his embarrassment. At least there weren't any traffic tickets issued.
